I locked my account and ‘forgot password’ doesn’t work. What do I do now?

If your account is locked, please contact [email protected] to have your account unlocked. For security reasons, you are required to send a coloured picture of you holding your ID and a paper that encloses the following:

1. Your registered email address on ANXPRO

2. Current date

3. ID / Passport number
 
4. Estimated Account Balance

5. The sentence "I wish to unlock my account"
For easier processing, kindly make sure that the photo you have submitted is clear for easier processing.
 
Once the ANXPro support team has verified your details, your account will be unlocked at the earliest convenience.
