I lost my phone and I can’t login because 2FA is enabled. What do I do now?

If your device is lost, please contact [email protected] to have your 2FA disabled. For security reasons, you are required to send a coloured picture of you holding your ID and  a paper  that encloses the following:

1. Your registered email address on ANXPRO
2. Current date
3. ID / Passport number
4. The sentence "I wish to disable my 2FA"
For easier processing, kindly make sure that the photo you have submitted is clear for easier processing.
Once the ANXPro support team has verified your details, your 2FA will be disabled at the earliest convenience.
