My transfer out request has been reversed. What does this mean and what do I do now?

For every digital asset transfer out, ANXPRO sends a confirmation email to your inbox for extra security measures. If the email link is not clicked within 10 minutes, the transfer out request is reversed and your account balance is re-adjusted. If you have checked your inbox and no email was received, please make sure to check your spam folder.
 
Please be reminded that once your transfer out is reversed, you have to make another request through the ANXPRO website or through the app.
