I don’t see the updated cryptocurrency balance in my account. What should I do?

There are some instances wherein a crypto coin gets stuck in the blockchain. Such as sending cryptocurrencies from another exchange platform, it is best to confirm with the other exchange platform and a blockchain explorer to know the status of your transfer.
 
In the event that the other exchange platform has confirmed that they have already processed the transaction and it still hasn’t been reflected in your ANXPRO wallet, kindly send us an email at [email protected] enclosing the following details:
 
  • The date of the transfer
  • The amount of the transfer (e.g 5,000,000 DOGE coins)
  • The Coin Address
  • The Coin Transaction Hash/ID ​
     
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to supply the coin transaction hash/ID as this is the most integral part of solving coin issues. It would be more helpful if you could provide the link of your transaction details from a blockchain explorer (e.g. https://blockchain.info/ for BTC) to help us expedite the process.
