In the event the digital asset platform has confirmed they have processed the transaction and the digital asset is still not being reflected in your ANXPRO wallet, please send us an email at [email protected] with following details:
1. Date of the transfer
2. Amount of the transfer (e.g 5,000,000 DOGE coins)
3. Digital asset address
4. Digital asset transaction hash/ID
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to provide the digital asset transaction hash/ID as this is the most integral part of solving transfer issue. It would be more helpful if you could provide the link of your transaction details from a blockchain explorer (e.g. https://blockchain.info/ for BTC) to help us expedite the process.
