How do I make a payment?

We currently support payments in Cash or Hong Kong Local Bank Cheques. Kindly make sure that your account has been verified before making any payment.

For cash payment, please visit our office during our service hours. Kindly be reminded that we currently support mainly HKD and USD for cash payments.

 

Kindly be reminded that for any cash payments amounting to more than HKD$100,000 or any equivalent currency, you are subject to provide a source of funds (i.e. a bank withdrawal slip). For more information, source of funds

For Hong Kong Local Bank Cheque, Kindly make a cheque payment request through the website or, the app, for easier tracking of your cheque by following the steps below:
 

Step 1: Select the ‘Funds’ tab
Step 2: Click the ‘Payment’ icon
Step 3: Choose the fiat currency you wish to send (i.e. HKD)
Step 4: Choose ‘Hong Kong Bank Cheque’
Step 5: Write down your email address, your phone number and your payment code on the back of your cheque.*
Step 6: You can mail your cheque to us or, you can do drop it off at our office during our service hours.
 
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, we currently do not support bank transfers, e-cheques and, credit cards for payments.
