Once you have submitted your documents, our ANXPRO support team will look over the documents you have submitted and see if it passes our qualifications. If it does, we will send you your verification code via traditional post or SMS.
For Hong Kong and Macau local residents, the verification code will be sent via SMS to the mobile number you have provided in your KYC form. Kindly make sure that the mobile number you have provided is correct.
For Overseas clients, the verification code will be sent via traditional post to the residential address you have stipulated in your KYC form. Please make sure that the address you have provided is correct. Please note that traditional post may take up to 2 weeks to arrive your registered address.
Once you have received your verification code, please login to the ANX website and navigate to the ‘VERIFY’ page via ‘SETTINGS’. Submit the uniquely assigned passcode as instructed to complete the KYC verification process.
