Step 1: Log in to your ANXPRO account and click the ‘Settings’ tab
Step 2: Click the verify tab to get to the “Verify Now” page.
Step 3: Select if you are verifying a personal account or a company account.
Step 4: Fill in the required information and complete all 3 pages of the verification form. Please make sure that you fill in correct and complete details in your KYC form as printed on your submitted documents.
NOTE: If you are using a Hong Kong ID, please include the number inside the brackets.
Step 5: Please review the requirements for each document and click “Proceed to Upload” to upload the documents.
Step 6: After your document submission, ANXPRO customer support team will provide your verification code via SMS or traditional mail. If there are any documents missing, ANXPRO customer support team will contact you via email.
Please enter the code in your account verification page once you receive your verification code to complete the verification process!
**Our Compliance team will assess all documents submitted. For documents written in a language other than English or Chinese, original copy must be presented accompanied by an English translation prepared by an accredited translator or professional body. All translated documents must be certified by the translator.
